They require a system that allows them to quickly identify areas of concern, such as missed growth opportunities or profit leakage, and can take action for potential impact.
User Research
Conducted couple of one-to-one user interviews with senior executives to validate the business goal and to gain more insight about user’s pain points, preferences, and challenges which lead to more candid and useful feedback.
Collaborated with key stake holders from business - the CTO and the head of Data Analytics to share user research findings and insights, ensuring alignment on the problem we're solving.
